Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio Troy’s passion for health and fitness began in High School with a field trip to Ohio State University’s athletic facilities.  After meeting the strength and conditioning staff and learning about the profession he knew sports performance and wellness would be his chosen career path.  Since that day Troy has dedicated himself to learning about the human body and how to maximize its potential.

Through his 20 years of experience and continued education Troy has developed a unique holistic approach to wellness and performance in which he combines strength and mobility training, massage therapy and corrective exercise in order to treat his clients.  Troy’s goal is to help each client reach their full movement potential, decrease pain, expedite recovery, improve performance and lower their risk of injury.
